Members of the public wishing to report a potential planning breach should do so directly to Surrey Heath Borough Council by completing a planning enforcement investigation questionnaire. The Parish Council maintains a list of any enforcement issues of which it has been made aware, and follows this up with the enforcement team. It also keeps track of any planning appeals within Chobham as they are processed by the Planning Inspectorate.
