Councillors Allowances
The Council may pay an annual basic allowance to its Members. The Parish Council’s payments to Members takes into account the recommendations contained in the Report of the Independent Remuneration Panel (see below to view the report). Members’ allowances are only payable to those Members who have been elected, and not those who are co-opted. A Member may choose not to receive the allowance.
