HERE TO HELP
Chobham Care is a group of volunteers who offer practical short term help for anyone living in the Chobham area:
- Transport to and from appointments at the hospital/doctors/dentist…..
- Collecting prescriptions
- Emergency help
During the COVID crisis we’re helping people to get to their vaccination appointments.
When transport is provided we ask for a contribution to cover petrol costs.
